Meet The DJ

 Dave Parks, from Danbury, Connecticut, is the owner of Spin Doctor Entertainment and one of the creators of DJ Skate at the Danbury
Ice Arena.  He has been in the DJ industry for over 20 years and performed at hundreds of events.  Dave does all types of events, but he mainly concentrates on the wedding market with his trendy, unique and cutting edge style performing at 80+ weddings a year. Photobooth's are also one of Dave's passions and his company does over 125 photobooth events a year.  Dave is one of the Northeast's experts on School Dances and has spoken on school dance seminar panels at 2 Major DJ Tradeshows (DJ Times 2006 Atlantic City, NJ & Mobile Beat 2007 & 2008 in  Las Vegas, NV).  Also he was a guest columnist for Mobile Beat Magazine, The  Mobile Entertainers Magazine in the July 2008 issue. He has attended numerous conventions and tradeshows for new ideas. Those include the Special Event Event Planners Show, Photobooth Expo, Event Solutions/Catersource Show, LDI (Professional Lighting Show), IAPPA (Amusement Park Show) & Biz Bash. He is also a member of the National Association of Mobile  Entertainers & Association of Bridal Consultants .Dave currently resides in Danbury, Connecticut and has a wife named Melissa and a son named Tyler and daughter Ashley.
